Mint Aero Ice Cream

Mint Aero Ice Cream

Ingredient

  • Condensed Milk

  • 500mls Double Cream

  • 250g Mint Aero

  • Green Food Colouring

Instructions  

  1. In a microwave heat the condensed milk in a bowl for 30 seconds, remove from the microwave. Add 200g of chopped Mint Aero to the condensed milk and then microwave for a further 30 seconds stir until all the chocolate has melted and incorporated. Leave to cool.

  2. Whip the Cream in a large mixing bowl until it forms stiff peaks.

  3. Fold in the Mint Aero condensed milk mix into the cream being careful not to take the air out of your cream. Then fold in enough food colouring to turn the colour green you want, and finally fold in the last of the chopped up Mint Aero.

  4. Pour into a large rectangular tin that is lined with cling film and then also cover the top with cling film making sure to push the down so it is touching all of your ice cream mix. This will stop it from forming a skin.

  5. Leave to freeze for several hours, preferably overnight.

  6. Scoop & Enjoy 🍨
