Granola Bowl
I think we are all guilty of falling into that breakfast rut, same old cereal, maybe some buttered toast, or maybe you run out the door without having breakfast at all. I feel like breakfast is seen as a bit of a nescience or a non starter, especially when it comes to putting in effort to make it. Well I’m here to tell you that you can have an amazing no effort breakfast that isn’t cereal and milk or your buttered toast. Granola bowls are a great way to start the day and they couldn’t be easier to assemble! It’s fruit of your choice, granola and your favorite yoghurt. Below is my favorite combination.
Ingredients
Protein 0% Fat Natural Yoghurt
Granola
Blueberries
Blackberries
Raspberries
Strawberries
Note. If you find yourself looking for some sweetness, then Honey is great substitute for sugar.
