French Toast
Ingredient
Brioche Loaf
2 Eggs
100mls of Milk
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4oz Icing Sugar
Pinch of Salt
Butter for Frying
Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries
Whipped Cream
Maple Syrup
More Icing Sugar for dusting
Directions
Crack the 2 eggs into a deep dish, then add in the pinch of salt, the milk, ground cinnamon, and the icing sugar.
Mix together until you have a pale cream colour.
Heat a large pan, then add a small amount of butter to the pan and let melt.
While the butter is melting soak your slices of brioche in the egg mixture on both sides for a couple seconds each.
Fry on the pan until they are golden brown.
Build with cream, and your selected fruits or simply just dust with icing sugar and enjoy. Also nice with bacon for a savoury twist.
